Furch Baritone models are optimized to be tuned a perfect fourth lower than a regular guitar. The strings are tuned to low B , E, A, D, F#, and high B, and the fingerboard scale is extended by 60 mm from the standard 650 mm to 710 mm. Baritone guitars feature the standard BAR body shape and a modified bracing pattern for the best possible sound quality in the low register.
Green Series guitars bring three key Furch technologies. A proprietary voicing process is applied to the Sitka spruce soundboard. Our unique Full-Pore High-Gloss Finish also greatly enhances the sound and improves the resonance of the guitar’s body. Precise tuning for ultimate performance on stage is ensured by our Composite Neck Reinforcement System (CNR). The combination of these elements makes the Green Series an excellent companion for any player.
